These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Aerovix website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in USD ($) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but serves as an acknowledgment that we have received it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the USA only. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 3 to 6 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of the products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the products have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@aerovix.store. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@aerovix.store. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerovix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any purchase made through our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United States.
